Cost to Participate: $30 for non-food vendors, $45 for food vendors

Arrive to set up no later than: 6:25pm (You can arrive as early as 6:00pm)
Complete set up no later than 6:45pm
Begin breakdown no earlier than: 10:00pm - you are welcome to stay as late as you wish if you're doing well and having fun!
Complete breakdown and exit event space no later than: 12:30am (the business closes at 1:00am)

PROVIDED BY ATX VEGANS: Graphics and promotional materials for you to share, which will include your PNG logo, as provided. Space for a 6ft table. IG/Facebook mentions with tags.

PROVIDED BY YOU: PNG (Vector, background-free) Logo, Fee paid no later than 1 week after you confirm participation, at least 1 social media share (stories count!) with a tag for @atxvegans and @sans_bar, Adherence to all outlined requirements in this form. Your own table.

FAQ:

Do I have to be a vegan business to participate? No. But you must only sell vegan products at this market, as defined below.

Can I sell beverages at this event? No. Since we are participating with a sober bar, we are leaving the beverage sales to them.

How will I know if my application is accepted? You will receive an email if you are accepted to vend at this event.

Can I have exclusivity for my genre of product? Yes and No! We are happy to provide specific exclusivity of product so that each vendor stands out in the space. However, these categories may generally overlap. More details on categories below.

How will you communicate with me? We will communicate exclusively via email. DMs and texts may not be seen or returned.

What if the event rains out? Since this is an outdoor event, it's always possible we will have to cancel due to rain. In the case of a cancellation, you may request back your vendor fee and we will refund all except $10 to allow for fees. Alternatively, we are happy to earmark the amount in full for the next event where you participate. If you do not communicate your preference, it will be considered a donation to our nonprofit.

PROHIBITED ITEMS AND INGREDIENTS FOR THIS EVENT:

Any any all alcohol, CBD and THC Products, including for personal consumption, as an ingredient in goods, or baked or cooked into food for sale. This event is at a sober bar and we MUST remain respectful of the space and clientele.

Leather, Suede, Wool, Fur, Silk, Pearls, Taxidermy and any other animal-derived material on goods for sale

Honey, Beeswax, Lanolin and any other animal-derived ingredient or chemical in goods for sale

Animal-Derived Ingredients in foods for sale: Dairy, Meat, Eggs, Honey, Etc.

GENERAL CATEGORIES WELCOME FOR THIS EVENT:

Pre-made and Individually packaged foods: Exclusivity for cuisine only

On-site-prepared foods: Exclusivity for cuisine only

Produce: Exclusivity for fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh flowers and plants

Bath & Body: Exclusivity given only for single-genre vendors (soaps only, lotions only)

Art & Photography: No exclusivity given since art is individual - not to be confused with artisanal crafts.

Crafts: Exclusivity given only for single-genre vendors (resin-only, wood-only, ceramic-only, crochet-only, etc)

Clothing: Exclusivity for style only (all faux leather, goth, tie-dye, etc)

Accessories and Jewelry: No exclusivity given
