Affiliate Visit Application Form

The following protocols apply to affiliate members who would like to visit the campus for a particular purpose other than attending an official Alumni Office/Alumni Association event.

  • Please submit the application at least 5 working days ahead of your desired visit date
  • Visiting dates are the first week after or last week before ISF calendared school holidays (2024-25 school holidays: Mid-term Break - Oct 7 - 10; Winter Break - Dec 23 - Jan 3; Lunar New Year Break - Jan 27 - Feb 7; Spring Break - Apr 14 - 21; Summer Break - June 14 - Aug 13)
  • You are welcome to visit during lunch hour from Monday to Friday: Primary – 11:30 a.m. – 12:40 p.m.; Secondary – 1:10 – 2:00 p.m.
  • All visits for affiliates below university/adult age must be accompanied by a sponsor faculty member. Please name the teacher or faculty member in the form below

Notes:

  • Visit dates and times are subject to change in accordance with the latest academic calendar and daily timetable of students
  • Visits at all times are subject to the discretion of the Principals, Secondary Leadership Team or Primary Leadership Team, and the availability of the sponsor faculty member named in this form
Affiliates are advised to await our formal notification prior to making a visit.
