Where: HollyHock Retreat Centre – Cortes Island in Western Canada

This is an epic 7 night stay – we will enjoy weekly garden tours, naturalist activities (hikes, morning canoeing, evening star talks, bird walks), Oyster Beach BBQ, Coffee/Tea/Fruit & Toast bar (24 hrs), Morning Yoga (most days), 3 gourmet locally sourced meals a day, amazing homesteads nestled in nature, all workshop activities and teachings.

Workshop Fees & Activities 
All prices are in *Canadian Dollars* ( Europeans and Americans - please take note $1 CAD = $0.73 USD, $1 CAD = 0.68 Euro . )

PAYMENT OPTIONS 1 & 2

1. Payment in Full - Due upon registration
( $1479 CAD + 13% HST = $1671.27 ) 

2. Installment payments of 2 includes $150 additional fee = $1840.77 
($814.50 +13% HST = $920.38) * 1st payment due upon registration  
($814.50 +13% HST = $920.38) * 2nd payment due April 15

Accommodation + gourmet meals to be booked separately.
Information link to book your room are sent upon completion of this form. 

Cost for the 7-nights stay and for 3 gourmet meals daily ranges from CAD $1000 – CAD $3000 depending on your room choice. Group travel to Hollyhock can be coordinated from Vancouver.  Once you are registered, we will reach out to see if you are interested in this option.

TUITION CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made before March 1, 2024: will be issued a full refund for all the balances paid less a $200 non-refundable security deposit.

Cancellations after March 1, 2024 until April 30th will be issued a 60% refund of your balance.

There will be no refunds for cancellations after April 30th - tuition is transferable towards another retreat with Four Ways to Freedom or can be applied towards 1:1 personal training or coaching with Evangelos and/or Nishta.

In the case that Hollyhock cancels the event due to severe weather or Canadian government advisories prohibiting non-essential travel or group gathering your tuition less a $50 administration fee will be refunded in full.

In these times of frequent changes, we advise all to purchase travel insurance to cover any possible losses.

Please refer directly to Hollyhock when booking your Accommodation for their cancellation policy.
