Overview:
Sexton is offering an eight session, twelve-hour, SAT course to prepare your student for the December SAT. The course gives your student a complete strategic overview of all three sections of the test and shows students how to use all of the best resources available. Additionally, students will learn all of the most commonly tested topics, from colons to systems of equations to approaching dense historical readings. And while SAT questions can be hard to interpret, students will learn how to quickly decode the test and show what they know. Participation in this course will provide a strong boost to your student's confidence and score.

Teacher:
Brenda is an expert tutor with almost twenty years of experience teaching and tutoring students of all ages and levels in math, science, history, critical reading, and SAT/ACT/AP test prep. She loves to learn from her students and prides herself on student growth, innovation, and independence. She strives to make the most complex of topics both comprehensible and fun. Brenda obtained her Sc.B.s in Chemical Physics and Applied Mathematics from Brown University, M.Phil. in Theoretical Chemistry from the University of Cambridge, and her Ph.D. from Columbia University. During the day, she enjoys brainstorming and researching new scientific ideas; in her spare time, she enjoys hiking, biking, and running. She is also an avid basketball fan (go Celtics!).

HYBRID - Class will be offered in person* and online.
Limited seats available for in person participation in Wellesley*. Vaccination and masks required.
The remote option will be held via Zoom. Remote participation will require the use of a computer and access to the internet.
