Highline Equity And Anti-Racist Team Application

The District (HSD) and Association (HEA) share a commitment to high quality educational outcomes for all students and to disrupting institutional racism and inequity, consistent with Board Policy 0010. To enhance and improve our collective efforts to provide equitable and inclusive working and learning environments for all students, families, staff and communities, this Letter of Agreement outlines steps to be taken during the duration of this agreement to cocreate, enact, and evaluate new equitable practices, policies, and procedures that foster racial/cultural affirmation and promote a culture of belonging.
