Fitness Buddies Mentee Interest Form

Fitness Buddies is a free program for SDSU students to get moving together. Do you want to join a Fitness Buddy Leader who can help you get motivated? Your Fitness Buddy Leader is not a personal trainer, but is a student who is able to provide motivation, accountability, and support to help others reach their wellness goals. As a Fitness Buddies mentee, you will connect with your assigned leader approximately 2x/month and participate in active, healthy, and appropriate activities that you choose together. Any issues regarding Fitness Buddy Leaders should be communicated immediately to Aztec Recreation Fitness Staff.

With Aztec Recreation's wide variety of facilities/programs, there’s a lot that you and your Fitness Buddy leader can do. You will receive regular program updates, as well as informal conversation topics that could be discussed during activity. Any SDSU students with access to the ARC who are interested are welcome to participate.
