Who: Boys & Girls, ages 4 - 13
Youngest: age 4 by June 10, 2024 - Oldest: incoming 8th grade (2024-2025)

Fee: $50 - includes soccer ball and shirt!

I certify that my child is physically fit for all camp activities and grant my permission for him/her to be treated by a licensed physician in case of an emergency.  It is understood that the Burkburnett Soccer Camp, the coaches, and Burkburnett High School does not furnish insurance covering injuries of any nature incurred during the summer camp.  The undersigned hereby releases the camp, the schools, and the coaches from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever in any way growing out of, or resulting from the participation in the camp.  All players should be covered by their own policy.
