In this workshop, you will learn how to make your own all-natural salve using local ingredients. Our experienced instructor Dr. Samundra Gurung will demonstrate the entire process, from choosing the right herbs, sterilization of instruments, to measuring ingredients and mixing them together.This workshop is more than just a demonstration - we want this to be an interactive experience for you. Throughout the session, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, share your thoughts, have meaningful conversations and share personal stories.
By the end of the workshop, you will have a beautiful and fragrant salve to take home with you, as well as the knowledge and confidence to make your own herbal remedies in the future.
