AAEEBL 2020 Annual Meeting is Virtual & Free - Registration Form
Spread over 4 weeks in July, this year’s Annual Meeting conference event allows participants to learn, apply and share strategies focused specifically around the theme, “Doing It Right: ePortfolios, Ethics, and Technologies.” Together we will pay particular attention to our current global context of COVID-19. To support everyone within the higher education community during these challenging times, *all AAEEBL 2020 Annual Meeting events will be FREE.*

Each week has a theme and will follow the same general format: 1. Asynchronous interview conversations with provocateurs who will seed the week's activities; 2. Asynchronous and synchronous activities for community knowledge building; 3. Synchronous hands-on opportunities for putting concepts into practice.  Throughout the conference, participants will be encouraged to apply ideas to their own contexts and share their own work with other participants.

TO REGISTER: Please fill out the registration form below to register for 1, 2, 3 or all 4 weeks of activity!

REGISTER for July 6-10 - 'Doing It Right': We will explore the ways that portfolio pedagogies can support effective learning in any environment, while paying special attention to the affordances of the online environment for both learners and teachers. Participants will collaborate to identify opportunities and challenges in their contexts for leveraging these practices, with special consideration given to the importance of "doing the right thing" in a changing world.
REGISTER for July 13-17 - Digital Ethics: Together we will answer questions related to digital ethics. What does it mean to be ethical in the digital environment?  What ethical considerations must we take into account when designing ePortfolio implementations?  How do we ensure equity and access in a rapidly changing world?
REGISTER for July 20-24 - Leveraging Stakeholders: Who are the stakeholders that we need to engage to ensure that practices and technologies are supported?  What opportunities for collaboration exist as we move through the shifting context of higher education?  How can we more fully support student success by engaging partners across our institutions?

REGISTER for July 27-31 - High Impact Practices: More than ever, we need to weave together our learning to support our students' success.  This week, we bring together the co-created activities and strategies to develop our own High Impact Practices.
