The following form should be completed by one of your company’s TechTown Equity Champions after the end of each quarter (Progress Deadlines are: July 9, Oct 8, Jan 9, April 9).

This form collects the progress your company has made in the past quarter toward the goal(s) you outlined in the Goal Intake Form through 4 straightforward questions in Section 2.

The information gathered will be shared within the TechTown Community in the quarterly report 5 weeks after the end of the quarter. The public version will be the first two pages in the report and will be distributed on the TechTown website and social media channels. Before publishing, companies will have at least 72 hours to review and provide edits.
