Lincoln Student Dismissal Plans 2021-2022
Please complete one form for each child.  Any changes in this plan should be communicated to the teacher and the office staff by 2:00pm so that we can assure our plan is followed.  Teachers will be dismissing students from assigned locations on our building grounds.  Teachers will provide additional information at meet the teacher regarding meet-up locations.  Please share current information and we will update as our year progresses.  Thank you!
