2018/19 South Australian PGA Club Professional of the Year Award
Overview
The South Australian Club Professional of the Year award is designed to acknowledge and reward PGA Club Professionals who are the lead golf operations individuals at a facility and have excelled in their business and service to members and the community.  

Criteria
The Award is to be based upon the achievements of the member in relation to the following criteria:
        1. Professional/Golf Shop experience including Member & Guest Service
        2. Game Development and Community Engagement
        3. Club Interaction and Promotion of Golf
        4. ACE Status and Personal Continuing Education

Nomination Process
Nominations may be submitted by anyone, however, nominees will be ratified by the PGA and the final nomination list will be determined by the South Australian PGA Vocational Committee.

The nominating party will be required to provide a brief outline of the nominee's achievements according to the above listed criteria.

Nominations will close on Friday 30th August,  2019.

Selection Process
Once nominated, the PGA Member will be asked to complete the online PGA Club Professional of the Year Nominee Form to supplement and further identify achievements relating to the four (4) criteria areas.

Each nominee submission will be reviewed by the South Australian PGA Vocational Committee against the listed criteria and ranked according to their achievements and/or expertise in each category.

The Winner of this Award will be announced at the South Australian Golf Industry Awards Dinner on Saturday October 26th, 2019.

The winner of the South Australian PGA Club Professional Award will automatically be nominated for the National Club Professional of the Year Award at the Greg Norman Medal Dinner during the Australian PGA Championship in December.
