Join us in-person or online for a lunchtime demo
(12:15-1:00) at Highland to learn 3 different recipes for using a whole chicken and creating Zero Waste in the kitchen! An ACC Chef will be cooking and sharing information on how to prevent waste in the kitchen, everything you need to know about composting at ACC, and the benefits of shopping local produce! Samples will be available at the end of the event.
In-person attendance will be available to the first 45 participants that sign up. All other RSVPs will be added to a waitlist in the order that they were received, as will be sent a Zoom link. An email confirming your spot will be sent within 24 hours. If you have signed up to attend in-person and you are no longer able to make it, please let us know via green@austincc.edu so that we can offer the spot to someone else.
The demo will begin promptly at 12:15 on Monday, October 16th to ensure that there is time to finish during the lunch hour.
