National Virtual Initiation Ceremony - Circle Registration (Spring 2021)

This form is required for a Circle to register to participate in a National Virtual Initiation Ceremony. ONLY one (1) registration per Circle is permitted. Initiates must not register individually for the ceremony. OΔK Headquarters will invite individuals participating in the ceremony the week before the program.

The national ceremony is only for Circles that are not able to conduct a local ceremony. If a Circle has a ceremony, but members cannot attend, the Circle needs to hold a "make up" ceremony for those individuals.

Each ceremony is limited to 250 initiates. (NOTE - April 29 and May 13 are full so it is not longer listed.)
