პარტიციპაციის აკადემიის აპლიკაცია/Application Academy of Participation (AoP)
საერთაშორისო სოლიდარობის ფონდის(Solidarity Fund PL) პარტიციპაციის აკადემია არის სასწავლო ციკლი, რომელიც ეხება  სამოქალაქო ბიუჯეტის მრავალგანზომილებიან პროცესს (PB) –  პირდაპირი დემოკრატიის ბევრი მოქმედი ფორმიდან ერთ-ერთს.

თუ ხართ დაინტერესებული თემისა და საზოგადოებრივი ცხოვრებით, თუ ხართ მოწოდებული გააძლიეროთ თქვენი კომპეტენციები თემის საქმიანობაში მონაწილობის და გადაწყვეტილებების მიღების პროცესში მუნიციპალიტეტის განვითარების ადგილობრივ დონეზე, შემოიტანეთ აპლიკაცია! მხოლ ოდ  15 აპლიკანტი შეირჩევა, რომ დაიკავონ ადგილი პარტიციპაციის აკადემიის პირველ გამოშვებაში (AoP).

15 აპლიკანტი შეირჩევა  შეჯიბრებითობის საფუძველზე  გამჭვირვალე, ინკლუზიური და სამართლიანი პროცესით.
აპლიკანტები შეფასდებიან ჩამოთვლილი კრიტერიუმებით:
      - ქართული ენის სრულყოფილად ცოდნა;
      - შესაძლო დაუცველი ჯგუფის  ნიშნები;
      - პარტიციპაციის აკადემიაში(AoP) მონაწილების მოტივაცია;
      - ადგილობრივ თემზე მოსალოდნელი ზეგავლენა პარტიციპაციის აკადემიაში (AoP) სწავლის დროს დაგროვილი ცოდნის და უნარების გამოყენების  შედეგად:
      - გამოცდილება პარტიციპაციის სფეროში, ადგილობრივ დონეზე გადაწყვეტილების მიღების, საზოგადოებრივი ან სათემო აქტივობების ჩათვლით  ადგილობრივი თემის სახელით;
      - შესაძლებლობა და მზადყოფნა,  და პარტიციპაციის აკადემიის (AoP)  ყველა მოდულში მონაწილეობის მიღების დადასტურება;
      - კარიერულ საფეხურზე პარტიციპაციის მექანიზმების ჩართვის გეგმები.

The Solidarity Fund PL Academy of Participation is a learning cycle that addresses the multi-dimensional process of Participatory Budget (PB) - one of many  forms of direct democracy in action.

If you have an interest in the community and public life and are keen to strengthen your competences in the field of community participation and decisions-making process at the local level development of your municipality, APPLY! Only 15 applicants will be selected to get their placements in the 1st edition of the Academy of Participation (AoP)!
 
15 applicants will be selected on a competitive basis, given the transparent, inclusive and fair recruitment process. The applications will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- fluency in Georgian language;
- traits of possibly disadvantaged groups;
- motivation to take part in the Academy of Participation (AoP);
- the expected impact on the local community through knowledge and skills to be gathered in the course of the Academy of Participation (AoP);
- the experience in the field of participation, inclusive decision-making at the local level, public and or community activities on behalf of the local community.
- availability and readiness and confirmation to participate in all modules of the Academy of Participation (AoP);
- plans to incorporate participation mechanisms into a career path.
