Thank you for your interest in assisting the Level 1 training.

Please be aware that this is an application and the decision about who will be assisting is up to the lead facilitator.

Please note that assistants will arrive one day early to prepare the space physically and energetically and to connect the team.

The additional night and food is included in the assisting fee.

After the training ends, the whole team will stay through late afternoon of the last day to build down the space and to have a debrief meeting.

There are many ways of assisting this event: before, during and after. Please indicate any of the following you would be willing and able to undertake:

Posting the event on social media, inviting people to the facebook event page

Promoting the event otherwise with provided flyers, by adding it to your newsletter etc...

Help with shopping before the training.

Transporting supplies from Munich to the training.

Leading a morning movement class.

Being Demo for key rituals.

Sound Engineeer support with microphone, speakers, amp etc.

Translation for other participants

Creating testimonial videos of yourself and/or participants during the event.

ASSISTANT DUTIES during the Training. Please check each box to indicate you have read the duty.

Pod - holding space for your group at a daily meeting for all, including yourself, to share.

Facilitators meetings - Attend morning meetings held directly after the pod meetings with faculty.

Temple Duties - support temple/ritual space set up and cleaning throughout the training

Morning movement sessions- Potentially leading morning movement sessions or supporting other assistants with it.

Emotional Support - being available for listening to participants who may need to talk things through with someone.

Set-up & Departure Support - this will entail you arriving earlier and leaving later than regular participants.

Time Keeping - Arrive at sessions on time or before and foster a good timekeeping attitude

Final Meeting - Attendance of final closing session and openness to shadow reflection and feedback.
