For tracking purposes, all form orders must be placed using this form.

Please note RGVAA no longer sells full pads of forms. Instead, we offer TAA Lease Forms and Addendums individually, with a maximum of 30 copies of each form per order.

For example, you can order 30 copies of the Apartment Lease (3 pages, double-sided, totaling 90 sheets/pages) and 30 copies of the Master Lease Addendum (3 pages, double-sided, totaling 90 sheets/pages). Sales tax and shipping, if applicable, will be included in the final invoice.
