One year in the COVID-pandemic: Is there a transition to blended learning?
Thank you for your interest in this survey. This survey is intended for educators and aims at understanding teaching and learning practices one year after the first lock down due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The data is being collected by the following researchers:

- Jo Tondeur, Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium (jo.tondeur@vub.be)
- Sarah Howard, University of Wollongong, Australia (sahoward@uow.edu.au)
- Fazilat Siddiq, University of South-Eastern Norway, Norway (fazilat.siddiq@usn.no)
- Ronny Scherer, University of Oslo, Norway (ronny.scherer@cemo.uio.no)

This research project is aimed at gaining an understanding of how teachers, university lecturers and others in educational organizations plan and structure teaching, how they teach, and the needs and requirements one year into the COVID-19 pandemic.

Your responses will be confidential. If you choose to supply your email address for further participation, your responses will be de-identified for any publication or dissemination. You can withdraw your data at any time by contacting Jo Tondeur or Sarah Howard.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. This is a second survey in the project “Coronline learning: Online and Blended Learning during and after COVID-19” registered at ResearchGate where you can read more about this project and the knowledge disseminated throughout it. While the study may not necessarily benefit you as an individual directly, it will benefit teaching and learning online and blended internationally.

Results will be shared with practitioners and researchers across the world to improve how educators are continuously prepared to teach blended. You are free to discuss and share this questionnaire with anyone you wish.

If you are happy to participate in the questionnaire, please answer the question at the end of this page. By indicating 'Yes' and participating in the questionnaire, you are giving your consent for your de-identified responses to be used in the project.

If you would like more information about the questionnaire, please contact either Jo Tondeur (jo.tondeur@vub.be) or Sarah Howard (sahoward@uow.edu.au). You can download a full version of this Participant Information Sheet: https://bit.ly/2RWQ6Uz.

Thank you for your time,
Jo, Sarah, Fazilat, and Ronny
