Date: Saturday February 18, 2023. Registration at 8:30 a.m. Play begins at 9 a.m.
Entry Deadline: Registration form must be completed and received by Sunday February 12, 2023.
Entry Fee: $25 per person. Please bring cash or make checks payable to Heartland Alliance Church. Payment to be made during event registration on Saturday February 18, 2023.
Location: Tournament will be held at Heartland Alliance Church 2505 Lexington Springmill Rd S. Lexington OH 44904.
Format: Tournament will be Doubles play with teams consisting of men, women, or mixed partners. Depending on the rating levels of players signing up, there may be two or more skill levels/divisions of play.
Age: Must be at least 16 years old to participate.
A Release and Waiver of Liability form to be signed at Registration on February 18, 2023.
A Chili Cook-off lunch, beginning at 11:00 a.m., will be included with the players entry fee and will be available to spectators for a donation. Awards for the best chili will be given during the afternoon. Dress warm and in layers. The gym where the event will take place is unheated and you will need to dress appropriately.
