Bus leaves LASA at 7:30am. Please arrive between 7:15am - 7:20am. The bus will also return with us to LASA after the meet is over at 3:30pm (estimated). Do not leave any personal belongings on the bus at the meet in case the driver has another trip to make during the meet. I would anticipate the bus arriving at LASA around 5:00pm since athletes will need to change / pack up at the end of the meet.
This form can be completed by the athlete or parent. There is no approval requirement since this is not a carpool. There is no private transportation coordination for this meet. Any athlete is allowed to travel with family instead of the bus; however, no person signed up for the bus can switch to private transportation with another athlete without written parent consent.
DO NOT COMPLETE this form unless you are traveling with the bus.
YOU MAY RIDE THE BUS without signing up; however, we will only be making an effort to wait for / call athletes / parents of athletes who sign up. If you decided last minute to take the bus without signing up and arriving after the bus leaves, it is your responsibility to communicate with Coach Parks and get to the meet on your own. In general, make your plans now and complete the form to commit to riding with the team.
