The purpose of Form D is to offer each club an opportunity to share all the successes of their club year. It's time for Aggie Br"Ags"!! Tell us about memorable meetings, programs, parties, tailgates or other special events from your club's year. Let everyone know about your fundraising efforts and the resulting funding of donations to TAMU Student Organizations and Scholarships for deserving Aggies. The deadline for submitting Form D is May 31st.

The 'Email' listed in the first field will receive a post-submission email with submitted responses for your club files. Please do not use a personal email, if you have a club email.
