*What: The ES on Leadership offers members a development of their leadership skills
*When: 20.11. - 24.11.2019 (Event starts the 20th at 16:00 and ends the 24th at 16:00)
*Where: Delft, The Netherlands
*Fee: 60€ (incl. Accommodation in hostel, 3 meals a day, trainings, etc.)
*Participants: 20 spots available!
*TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT up to 100 EUR

!!! This event is also open to participants that are not member of AEGEE, and the travel reimbursement would count also in that case !! :D In the application form some parts refer to AEGEE experience etc, here you can just put your NGO experience.

Application:

With your application you are showing your ability to self-reflect on your role as a leader and your ability to take conclusions of your past leadership experience. The application is therefore always individual and there are no right or wrong answers. We want to get to know and understand your motivation and the person behind the application :)

*Selection criteria: You will be selected based on motivation, self-reflection ability, ability to attend full event.
Participants will be selected by the trainers.
