- Vendors are NOT allowed
to bring in ANY dog younger than 16 weeks of age.
- Vendors CANNOT
sell any ANIMALS at the event.

Vendors may not
promote any other rescues at the event.

Vendors may not
accept donations for any other rescues at the event.

Vendors must
supply their own booth, tents, chairs, display racks etc. Vendors will not be assured
of space outside of their booth area.

Vendors shall
not breakdown booths until the end of the event.

No audio
advertising or music is permitted.

Vendors are
responsible for maintaining and leaving their assigned booth area in good condition and
free of litter.
- Vendors must
setup in the assigned vendor area. Spaces will be marked off in 15 by 15 sites,
and will be pre-assigned.

Vendors may not
sublease or share their booth space with another vendor without discussing with the rescue prior to the event.

Vendors may not
arrive prior to 8:00 am on the event date to begin setup.

Vendors must
provide their own quiet generator if electricity is required. Power will not be
supplied to vendors.

Vendors must
donate one item to the silent auction.
