「Cloud Operator Days Tokyo 2024」セッション公募（CFS）フォームです。
採択されたセッションは、昨年に引き続き、イベント内で実施される「輝けクラウドオペレーターアワード2024」の選考対象となりますので奮ってご応募ください。
＜主旨説明＞
過去４回開催し、好評をいただいております「Cloud Operator Days Tokyo」を本年も実施いたします！
本年のテーマは「 運用者に光を! 〜AIの未来、運用者の現実〜」です。日頃注目され難いリアルな運用に光をあて、ネガティヴな印象を受けがちな運用話を
ポジティブに共有することで、よりオペレーターが輝ける未来を目指します。
＜募集要項＞
「 運用者に光を! 〜AIの未来、運用者の現実〜」をメインテーマに、運用者が日々取り組んでいる新しい挑戦、成功・失敗体験、得られたノウハウなどを分かち合いたいと思います。
以下の内容に従い、実運用における体験談の投稿をお願いいたします。
・自薦、他薦問いません。
・匿名での参加も可能です。（セッション公開時に匿名として掲載）
・本年は、オンラインセッションと、後日開催のリアルセッションの2段階発表の形式を予定しております。事前に発表内容の概要を視聴することでリアルイベントへの参加や議論を促す狙いです。
・オンラインセッション（15分の動画 !new!）、及び、その後の選考により選ばれた方には追加でクロージングイベント（15分のリアルセッション）で発表いただきます。
・オンラインセッションは事前録画し、配信することを予定しています。
一般公開のうえで、内容、視聴者の人気等に応じてクロージングイベントでの発表者を選考します。
（クロージングイベントの発表枠数に応じて発表者を決定します）
・選出された発表者には、9月6日のクロージングイベントにて発表いただきます。
発表内容はオンラインセッションと同じでも構いませんし、続きや追加情報を加えた内容、QAセッションにしてもかまいません。自由に15分枠をお使いください。
・以下の様なカテゴリを考えておりますが、これに限らずイベント趣旨に沿った運用関連の内容であれば幅広にご応募いただけます。
- AIOps
- 運用苦労話（しくじり、トラシュー）
- 自動化（Dev/Ops, CI/CD, IaC）
- チームづくり・人材育成
- OpenStack
- 監視・ログ・オブザーバビリティ
- パブリッククラウド運用（AWS, Azure, GCPなど）
＜Cloud Operator Days Tokyoについて＞
クラウドの運用者に焦点を当てた技術者向けの新しいテックイベントです。クラウドの運用者とは、クラウド基盤（IaaS、PaaS、CaaS、FaaS）を運用しているインフラエンジニアの方だけではなく、クラウド基盤上でアプリケーションを作成し、運用している人も含みます。オペレーションに関わる技術や悩み、解決策を発表、共有していくことで運用技術の発展やインフラ、アプリケーション運用に興味がある若手の教育、育成ができるイベントとして発展させていきたいと考えております。昨年の第4回は50以上のオンラインセッション、及びオンサイトのクロージングイベントを行い、多くの皆様にご参加いただきました。
今年の開催はオンデマンドでの事前セッション配信、及びオンサイトでのクロージングイベントを計画しております。（状況に応じて変更の可能性あります）
オンラインセッションは全て事前撮影した動画の放映といたします。１セッションあたりの時間は、15分を予定しています。
オフラインセッションは当日会場にて1セッション15分で発表いただきます。
今後のスケジュールは以下を予定しています。
- 2024/5/10 CFS申し込み一次締め切り
- 2024/6/上旬 一次選考結果通知（メールでご連絡します）
- 2024/6/下旬 15分のセッション動画撮影＆提出（一次選考通過の方）
- 2024/7/上旬 プレイベント（オンライン；イベント企画・コンテンツの見どころ紹介）
- 2024/7/10 参加申込受付開始＆Cloud Operator Days Tokyo 2024スタート（2週間の選考期間、公開はクロージングまで）
- 2024/7/下旬 クロージングイベント登壇選考通知（メールでご連絡します）

This is the Call for Sessions (CFS) proposal form for [Cloud Operator Days Tokyo 2024].
Accepted session will be eligible for the "Cloud Operator Days 2024 Awards" which will be selected and presented during the mid-September Closing Event. We look forward to your proposals.
[Outline]
The fourth "Cloud Operator Days Tokyo" was held last year and was well received by our online audience.
This year's theme is "Spotlighting Operators: The future of AI and the reality of operation.". We aim to spotlight operators and real operations that are rarely paid attention to, and to share positive stories about operations that are often perceived as negative.
[Guidelines]
Under the main theme of
"Spotlighting Operators: The future of AI and the reality of operation." we would like to share new challenges, successes and failures, and know-how gained from the daily work of operators. We would like to hear about your experiences in actual operations and look forward to your proposals in accordance to the following guidelines.
- You can apply yourself or recommend others
- You can apply and present anonymously
- Your talk will be presented in the following two steps:
- 15-minute on-line video streaming (pre-recorded)
- Speakers for the off-line event will be selected based on the content and the reputation from the audience.
- 15-minutes session in the off-line closing event (selected sessions)
- All on-line 15-min talks should be recorded by the speaker in advance.

submissions as long as the content is operation-related and in line with the purpose of the event.

Cloud Operator Days Tokyo is a new tech event, established in 2020, focused on infrastructure engineers operating cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, CaaS, FaaS) and engineers operating applications on cloud infrastructure. Last year's 4th event consisted of more than 50 sessions and over 2,000 participants.

- Early-Jun Selection result notification will be sent out by email
- Early-July Half-Day Pre-Event (Online - introduction to contents)
- Early-July 15-min session recording submisson deadline
- July 10 Registration Opens and the start of CODT2024 ( on-demand session delivery until closing day)
- Late July Notification of selected sessions for the closing event by email
- September 6 One Day Closing Event (Offline - including "Cloud Operator Days Tokyo 2024 Award Ceremony")
