The Committee for Equity in Education (CEE) believes that the Kingston CIty School District should create the best possible learning environment for ALL students.
Our goal with this survey is to hear back from you, members of the KCSD community, to learn what you believe is happening in our schools and how it aligns with Kingston City School District “Core Values”:
• High expectations across our school community
• Learning and leadership opportunities that inspire students and staff to reach their full potential
• Varied, inclusive, responsive working and learning environments
• Equity of access for all
• A culture that embraces diversity, and promotes safety, belonging, empathy, collaborative partnerships, achievement and success
• Elimination of biases, barriers and disparities
• Change as means of growth
• Graduation bridging to college, career and lifelong civic responsibility and participation
If you have multiple children in the district, please consider filling a survey out for each child. We also strongly encourage students to fill out their own surveys.
REVISED DEADLINE: March 24th, 2023
All personal information will be kept confidential unless you give explicit permission for us to share your story publicly. Our intention is to gather the information, create a report that captures the information anonymously, and then share it with the community, including school district officials.
Please share the survey with other community members – the only requirement is that they must be full-time residents of the Kingston City School District.

El Comité para la Equidad en la Educación (CEE) quiere asegurarse de que el Distrito Escolar de la Ciudad de Kingston (KCSD) provea el mejor ambiente de aprendizaje para TODOS los estudiantes.
Nuestro objetivo con esta encuesta es saber de ustedes, miembros de la comunidad de KCSD, para saber lo que creen que está sucediendo en nuestras escuelas y cómo se alinea con los "Valores fundamentales" del Distrito Escolar de la Ciudad de Kingston:

Si tiene dos o más hijos asistiendo a la escuela, puede completar una encuesta para cada uno.
La fecha límite para completar es el viernes 17 marzo de 2023.
Toda la información personal se mantendrá confidencial a menos que nos dé permiso explícito para compartir su historia públicamente. Nuestra intención es recopilar la información, crear un informe que capture la información de formamanera anónima y luego compartirla con la comunidad, incluidos los funcionarios del distrito escolar.
