Dual Finance is sourcing high value-add investors, liquidity providers and ecosystem contributors to participate in its initial incentivization round via a Partner Staking Option (PSO). The program is designed to target any group or project who is willing to put up sweat equity to further Dual Finance's goals. This participation structure comes with zero upfront cost and there is no obligation to invest if you apply and get accepted to the program. Effectively, there is no downside to applying.

Terms:
Accepted partners will be granted 6 month DUAL $0.10 call options. Expiration will be set 6 months from the token generation event. 120,000,000 DUAL or 12% of the DUAL token supply is available in total between all partners and potential rounds. The quantity of PSOs granted to each member will be at the discretion of the core team initially with the intention to target a max of 10 members to minimize dilution and encourage more active participation. Investment can be made subsequently by exercising any options granted on the Balance page within the Dual Finance application. PSOs are Physically exercised meaning to buy DUAL you pay the strike price of $0.10 per token upon exercise and American style meaning you can exercise at any point up until the expiration date at 12:00 UTC. Applications will be accepted and evaluated on a rolling basis so do not wait to apply. Dual Finance reserves the right to make any applications public for community feedback and requires KYC.
