Pursuant to the right to one’s own image, recognised by article 18.1 of the Spanish Constitution, and regulated by Law 1/1982, of 5 May, on the right to honour, to individual and family privacy and to one’s own image, and in line with the provisions of Organic Law on Data Protection 3/2018 of 5 December, the undersigned party expressly provides his or her consent to UIC Barcelona to publish, edit, use, distribute, reproduce, and/or communicate using any of the dissemination and information tools at the latter’s disposal, the photographs/images in which he or she appears in a clearly identifiable way, engaged in teaching activities or any other complementary activities that form part of UIC Barcelona’s institutional aims.  Therefore, the interested party provides his or her express consent for these images/photographs, deemed by UIC Barcelona to be personal, to be added to an automated file owned by the university.  The interested party may exercise their rights of access, rectification, suppression, limitation of treatment, portability and opposition to the processing of their personal data by writing to the following e-mail address dpd@uic.es
