Ashtanga Yoga Luzern is slowly growing and some of you already know that from October on I will be taking over the whole studio in Weggisgasse. It will allow me to be more flexible with the schedule and possibly add more classes if needed. Because Ashtanga Yoga Luzern is a place we create together, I would be very happy to get your feedback and learn about your needs and wishes. The timings of the classes don't fit into my schedule.

Listening to your feedback up until now I came up with some ideas for future classes. Choose the option if you would like to attend this kind of class or add your own ideas.

Evening Mysore (most likely Thursday instead of Led)

More late-morning Mysore classes (8.00 - 10.00)

A Mysore class on Monday morning

Moon Sequence class - more restorative class focused on gentle opening of the body (Thursday after the Led class / Friday evening)

Mini-workshops - an hour class focused on specific topics.

Regular pranayama classes
