Virtual Scholarship Pass

At this point in time, only virtual scholarship passes are available. This means the scholarship would allow you to attend the event online using our virtual event platform. 

Why are we offering scholarships?

Through authentic storytelling, insightful content, and a commitment to scientific integrity, we aim to demystify and make the world of health and wellness more accessible. Our goal is to be the leading resource for individuals seeking balance, healing, and a better understanding of their own wellness journeys, nurturing a culture of well-being and conscious living for all.

As part of our mission, we are dedicated to ensuring that our events are available to individuals who may face financial constraints and cannot afford a pass.

The application process.

We have implemented an application process that aligns with our mission of inclusivity and accessibility. Recognizing that financial constraints can sometimes be a barrier to attending our conference, we have introduced a user-friendly application system that enables individuals facing hardships to apply for complimentary tickets. Through this process, we aim to ensure that everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances, has the opportunity to participate in our event and benefit from the wealth of knowledge and networking opportunities it offers. This initiative reflects our commitment to fostering a diverse and supportive community, where everyone's voice is heard and valued.

The decision-making process.

Our scholarship application process operates on a rolling basis, during which we thoroughly review each submission and subsequently notify applicants of their approval or decline status.

Key dates:

- Scholarship applications open Thursday, April 25th, 2024

- Scholarship applications close Wednesday, May 8th, 2024

Our evaluation takes into account a range of factors, and we engage a diverse panel in the decision-making process to ensure fairness. While we appreciate your enthusiasm and interest, we apologize for being unable to offer updates on application status or individual feedback prior to our response. Regrettably, we are unable to grant approval for all received applications or provide specific reasons for each decision.

Scholarships cover the ticket cost exclusively and do not encompass expenses related to travel, accommodation, or meals.
