Gardens Ice House HS Girls Hockey Interest Form
Hello! This form is to obtain interest and information regarding the Gardens Ice House High School Girls Hockey League for Summer 2024, running from May to August and the games will be on Sunday afternoons. 

We expect once again to have 6 teams of about 14-16 players, and costs are projected to be $350 for players, and $175 for goalies. 

We will have 10 season games, with 1 guaranteed play off game. Additionally, we are hoping to have 2-4 clinics with scrimmages through the season.

** Evaluations are now over, and we are drafting teams. Please fill out this form so we can reach out to you about your player's skill level.

**Please note: players who are 18 and over must complete USA Hockey’s Safesport program. If your birth certificate has not been confirmed by USA Hockey, we may need a copy of it (these are provisions required by USA Hockey).**
