Welcome! Public Health 4 Kidz Production is as impactful as the strength of our community partners. We would like to "build a life-long friendship" with you at Public Health 4 Kidz Production.

Imagine this… fulfilling the mission to reach, teach, and promote public health creatively through hands-on approaches through media, classes, mentorship, and outreach so students could learn and become inspired about health, the environment, and careers in Public Health.  
 And just maybe, they will answer the call just as you have of dedicating your life to the service of making our world healthier and safer. Public Health 4 Kidz Production™ is asking YOU to join its  journey to mentor and advise our next generation of students in careers in public health.   EBEEA™ is the acronym for the 5 career disciplines in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Education, Environmental health, and Health Administration. You are a living star that students need to see as models in the Public Health field. I hope you will find your partnership impactful. 

Students of Public Health 4 Kidz Production have access to exclusive perks such as live classes and project designing programs, you they will have the opportunity to share your journey, teach classes, assist with labs, do video tours of where you practice, and much more.  In addition, you will have an opportunity to provide advice in project design.  Finally, the perks will be unyielding. I understand that I may terminate my decision at any time given a notice 30 days in writing.  I understand that the revocation will not take effect before the receipt of this written notification.  I understand that material created is protected and images will be stored in a secure location and archived or could be used by the property of Public Health 4 Kidz Production/Public Health 4 Kidz.  I understand that there are copyrights to content of Public Health 4 Kidz LLC and it's prohibited to be shared, copied, or used without written permission by designee at Public Health 4 Kidz Production LLC/Public Health 4 Kidz LLC or parties .

Safety: The safety of our students is our #1 priority. I am signing below to indicate that I am legally eligible to work with children defined 18 and below. That you have no existing, pending, or prior charges against children for unlawful use of the internet regarding children.  Your experience at Public Health 4 Kidz Production is respected and safe as well.  We are not able to prevent all behaviors, but we ask that you report all incidents within 24 hours to Public Health 4 Kidz Production LLC. All participants are trusted by parents to regard the safety and well being of our students/participants. As a volunteer, I promise to adhere to ALL internet safety protocols policy : DO NOT contact participants outside privately for any reason including tutoring, job training, or additional mentorship (all communication must be approved by Public Health 4 Kidz Production staff or designee in writing). DO NOT download or make recommendations additional software or applications to devices or computers without the permission of Public Health 4 Kidz Production (this must be in writing to parents). DO NOT offer financial communication or offers to participates or parents with out the permission of Public Health 4 Kidz Production designee (all work is protected). That ALL forms of interaction and communication regarding our participants are communicated with Public Health 4 Kidz Production staff or designee. If proven that your statements are untrue, Public Health 4 Kidz Production LLC and/or designee will immediately terminate your application and participation in the program. Legal action maybe taken.  *
