Photo Release and Consent
We occasionally publish photos and take videos of fun church events in our  monthly newsletter, printed materials and our website and social media (such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). Field Trip Permission
I give my permission for my children to participate with the Murray Unitarian Universalist Church classes at any and all off-campus church approved events beginning September 2019 and extending to June 2020. I will notify the specific group leaders if my child does not have permission to attend a specific event. I understand that I will hold neither the supervisory adults nor Murray Unitarian Universalist Church or any of its agents liable for injuries or damages sustained by my children during any off-campus, church sponsored event.

RE Program Volunteering

We rely on the loving guidance of volunteer teachers and helpers from our church community. We ask that you consider volunteering to assist in some way. (Note: every volunteer working with our youth will be required to apply and submit to a criminal background check). Please check all that apply:

I understand that as a RE family we are committed to financially supporting our church and its mission.
Running our church for a year costs around $1700 per family. A minimum $300 pledge annually is suggested for RE families to support our children's programming and family ministry.
