Keynote speaker Dr. Jennifer Groos, MD - The Impact of Childhood Obesity. General sessions will also cover Team Nutrition and the CACFP Google site resources. Breakouts for cooks include infant feeding for cooks, new CACFP-approved recipes, snack ideas and menu planning. Sessions for directors include NAPSACC, effective self-monitoring, writing effective corrective action following a State agency review, the new i-PoWeR DHS training registry, and CACFP training resources.
