The NFRMPO (www.nfrmpo.org) is a regional transportation planning agency covering Northern Colorado, including Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, and the surrounding areas. We are creating an Environmental Justice (EJ) Plan to improve how communities include low income and minority populations in the transportation planning and programming processes. We want to make sure roads, trails, and transit services work for everyone and that all residents have a say.
