The I Transform! Campaign is the advocacy program of Youthlead Philippines (YLP) that galvanizes action among young leaders and their partners to help solve development challenges in their communities. This is achieved by raising their awareness, interest, and desire to act by finding solutions to problems that support the Global Agenda, which is currently the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). 

Launched in September 2012, the campaign endeavors to mold young leaders as Transformational Leaders by cultivating in them the BEST (Believe, Excel, Serve, and Transform) framework of YLP. The scheme moves in a two-prong approach. First is the facilitation of Self-Transformation, hence the word "I", as the basic requisite to the higher goal of Social Transformation, which is the second.

To concretize the campaign, YLP organizes annually the PITYLC as a convergence platform in molding Development Catalysts, Community Champions, Social Innovators, and Transformational Leaders. The PITYLC highlights plenary sessions, panel discussions, group sharing, and various contests that enable young leaders and their partners to think, work, and act together.
