The Village of Andover has appointed a committee to apply for a NY Forward grant on their behalf. The intent of this grant program is to invigorate and enliven downtowns in New York’s smaller and rural communities—the type of downtowns found in villages, hamlets and other small, neighborhood-scale municipal centers.
As part of the application process, we are asking residents to take a few moments to fill out a community assessment survey. Your responses will serve as a basis for what will be included in our final application.
