2022 Summer Camp Fees & Payment Policies
Fees are:
Each Camper Needs their own registration form.
All payments are due every Friday, we will not take partial payments or payment arrangement for care
All Debit Card and Banking Information must be kept updated and the funds made available for debit. In the case of any failed payment, there will be a 35.00 charge billed to the account.
ALL ACCOUNTS FROM PREVIOUS SERVICES MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING, You MUST have never been dismissed from our program for any reason
COVID-19 Precautions
• Adjust the typical way that campers are organized
• Changed how activities were run
• Limited off-campus activities and on-site visitors, and
• Created plans for various levels of Coronavirus outbreaks among staff and campers
$35 registration fee per child, this will solidify your space. All registrations fess are non-refundable.
Waitlisted
If we fill up in a grade, that grade will be listed on the registration form as full. You can still request a spot and pay the fee and this will place you on the waitlist. Once we are able to move you off the waitlist we will contact you immediately.
Registration Confirmation
You will receive a payment receipt after you pay the 35.00 registration fee. This receipt is your confirmation of a spot in the program. You will also receive the your form has been submitted confirmation when you submit this form. You will not need to contact us for verbal or additional email confirmation
$125 per week per child and 10% Sibling Discount on oldest child only
Hours of Operation:
QCSS 7:30am-6:00pm
Extended Care 6:00pm-6:30pm( Additional 25.00 per week)
Unsure of your summer schedule some days
Daily Drop-in Rate starting at $40.00 per day per child. This is not guaranteed and subject to 24 hour advance email request and preapproval. Will include breakfast, Lunch and Snack. Subject to the registration fee like any full time camper. Can not be used in lieu of registering for camp. We reserve the right to not approve a drop in request.
After Summer School Care is for those students in the Summer School programs and will only be in camp between the hours of 1:00pm-6:00pm. AFTER the summer school session ends. There is a separate pricing for that population of students. The $35.00 registration fee is still required.
the fees are as followed:
After Summer School(Typically 1:00pm-6:00pm) the weekly fee is 95.00 per week. When Summer School ends and your camper goes to full time camp the price is automatically adjusted to the regular full time rate. There is no 10% discount on the $95.00 half day fee. This fee is only for campers in Summer School at QCSS
**Fees include all breakfast, lunches, and snacks. Field trips will carry a very minimal fee and many are free available ALL SUMMER**
Partial Summer Camp:
If you will not be in camp for the full 10 weeks of summer and will be using our services for less than the 10 weeks, you must pay the entire weeks in one payment. You would need to let us know how many weeks your camper would attend in advance.
Payment Options: ALL payments are made online and are Auto Debited on Friday of each week.
Fee Payment Policy: Fees are due on Friday of the week prior to care. Fees may be paid in advance for any period of time. The full weekly fee is due regardless of the number of days a student attends.
Late Payment Penalties: Weekly fees are due on Friday for the coming week of care. If fees for the week haven't been paid on Friday, a $5 late fee is assessed and a $3 late fee is assessed each day thereafter. (Example: If your tuition is $60/week and you cannot make payment until Thursday, you would add $5 for Tues., and $3 for Wed. and $3 for Thurs.) If you will not be making full payment on Friday, remember to make other arrangements for your child. Your child cannot return to our program until full payment of the balance due has been made. Weeks unattended with carry a 50.00 binder to hold the space
Dismissal and Withdrawal from the program guidelines:
You may at anytime remove your child from the program with a written two weeks notice. If at any time you remove your child without notice you will be responsible for the two weeks payments. T.A.P.S at anytime reserves the right to remove any participant from the program at our discretion based on misconduct by both the participant or family, missing payments and not being a fit for the program. In the case of dismissal, T.A.P.S will deduct two weeks of care or if the participant owes and fees, T.A.P.S, Inc will deduct those fee in addition to the two weeks from the bank account where the registration was created.
