We're excited your student is interested in auditioning for this year's Baldwin Academy Playhouse/Oak Hill Middle School production of Matilda for 3rd-8th graders.  PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE AUDITION FORM.

DATES

The FINAL ROUND of auditions will be held Wednesday, January 12, from 4:00 - 5:30 in the theatre.

Rehearsals will be every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 4:00-5:30 pm.  A few additional rehearsals will be added as the production nears.

FOR MUSIC AUDITIONS - Students should prepare a song from Matilda.  Students will also sing 3 tonal memories to determine ability to match pitch.
FOR DANCE AUDITIONS - Students will learn a short combo. They should come dressed in comfortable clothes they can move in.
FOR ACTING AUDITIONS - Students will read a short selection from Matilda. Students can review the material ahead of time by visiting the website listed below.
