Youth Whole Body Challenge with Get Fit EGV
"Find Your Strength: Youth Whole Body Challenge"
A program designed to educate and promote healthy habits and lifestyles for young adults ages 8 to 14 that are currently participating in sports or would just like to feel more confident about the food they choose to eat and the exercise they take part in so it's fun, but still effective.
First sessions runs from September 6 through December 18 and will be offered on Thursday evenings at 5:15pm and Saturday mornings at 10:15am. One day a week will be dedicated to NUTRITION and the other day of the week to proper FORM and FUNCTION when exercising and how to support a healthy lifestyle. This is a 7 week program.
