Within the scope of the EU3Digital project, ABD and the Associação Portuguesa para a Inovação Social - ESLIDER together with other partners of the European EU3Digital project, are organizing a training specifically designed for leaders in the third sector and social enterprises who want to develop organizational digital capabilities 👨‍💻👩‍💻

This training will focus on developing skills related to the ability to identify digital needs and organizational functions. By the end of this training, you will be able to identify digital needs and functions for your organization:
>  [Knowledge] To achieve this outcome, you will need to learn about methods used to conduct research, and your organization’s structure, functions and internal workflows.
>  [Skills] You will develop skills in research, and how to draw together information from a variety of sources.
>  [Attitudes] To be successful in applying your learning, you will need to have willingness to involve all stakeholders.
