Insurance
Liability insurance with coverage with a minimum coverage of 1,000,000 is required for large event space rental.
Indemnification
The tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the museum harmless from any claims, losses,
damages, or liabilities arising out of the tenant's use of the rented room.
