Students must be entering grade 9 -12 in the fall 2024 to be considered (PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO STUDENTS ENTERING GRADE 10 to 12).
Personal Information is collected pursuant to the Education Act and will be used to:
1)
Place the volunteer in the Summer Institute Program;
2)
Make contact with parents/guardians/emergency contacts should an issue arise; and
3)
To ensure the volunteer health needs are understood.
