Thank you for your interest in the 7th Annual SAEM Lion's Den. Lion's Den 2020 will take place on Thursday, May 14, 2020, from 1:00 PM - 2:50 PM Mountain Time.
We will be selecting up to 6 applicants. Selection criteria include novelty and quality of the research concept and plan, and our desire to present a variety of topics. APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY 5pm EST ON APRIL 1, 2020. We will notify applicants regarding their selection no later than APRIL 15, 2020.
If selected, you will be given 6 minutes (max of 8 slides) to convince the Lions’ Den that your research topic is worthwhile, your approach is good, and that you are worth investing in. After your 5 minute "pitch", the fun begins.... The mentors will have 8-10 minutes to constructively critique and debate the plan with each other, and to make offers and counter-offers for mentorship.
