Jamaica Mission Trip Registration Form 2024
This form is for all who plan to participate in the George Liele Mission Trip to Jamaica, June 20 to 25, 2024.

EACH INDIVIDUAL MUST FILL OUT A SEPERATE REGISTRATION FORM.

The all-inclusive cost for the trip from the Atlanta Airport (ATL) is $1500.

This cost includes airfare, room and board, meals while in Jamaica, ground transportation and travel insurance. Cost DOES NOT include passport, passport photos, meals to and from Jamaica, some meals in Jamaica, snacks, baggage fees, souvenirs.

$100 per person non-refundable deposit is due to guarantee this price -- AS SPACE IS AVAILABLE.    Your final payment is due by April 25, 2024.

All payment must be made at naaftogether.org.

Note: Request for a refund must be made in writing and received by April 30, 2024. There will be a change and cancellation fee.

Commission and Orientation

It is vital for each participant to attend orientation in order to receive essential information concerning your trip. Orientation will include information on demographics, traditions, cultural differences, dress, religious background, dos and don’ts, and other information that will assist you as you prepare to participate in this exciting mission trip. This training is required.
