Welcome to our Fun & Fancy Dance Party registration form. Please complete this form after having a conversation with our staff about the date and time of your event. Dance It Up! offers dance parties on Saturday afternoons and Sundays depending on staff and studio availablility.
A $50.00 non-refundable booking and planning fee is due upon scheduling the party.
This form serves as a contract for your Fun & Fancy Dance Party event. The cost of Fun & Fancy Dance Party is $450.00 (for 10 guests including the birthday child). This fee is due 7 days prior to the scheduled party date. This fee is non-refundable 5 days prior the party. Each additional guest costs $45.00.
The Fun & Fancy Party Package includes:
- 2 hours of facilitated dancing and activities
- Cupcakes
- Beverages (water or juice boxes)
- Party favors
- Paper products
- Balloons (1 per guest)
- Your choice of two theme colors to be used for cupcake frosting, paper products and balloons
You will have the option of customizing your party for additional fees at the end of this form. Options include:
- Pizza - sheet-size cheese pizza: $50.00
- Water for parents: $10.00
- Balloon bouquet (7 balloons): $20.00
- Nail painting $30.00 (Each additional guest $4.00)
- Temporary tatoos $30.00 (Each additional guest $4.00)
Tea Party Package Add-On $80.00 per party of 10 (Each additional guest $10.00)
