Registration for Plant a Tree Program 2024 Pickup Location Leaders and Volunteers
If you would like to serve as a Pickup Location Leader (host a site at your location, business, a nearby park, etc.) OR if you would like to serve as a Volunteer at a Firestone Complete Auto Care location near you and help us distribute trees to participants, please complete the information below. Participants will pick their trees up from 9am-12pm on April 20 in Tennessee. 

NOTE: IF YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL LOOKING FOR TREES TO PLANT IN YOUR YARD, PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THIS FORM, UNLESS YOU WOULD ALSO LIKE TO VOLUNTEER  ON 4/20. WE WILL BE SENDING INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERING TREES FOR YOUR YARD SOON - PLEASE SIGN UP FOR OUR EMAIL LIST HERE TO GET NOTIFICATIONS.

If you do not have the location set at this time, please write "TBA". Tree dropoff dates are TBA but most likely 4/16 - 4/19 in Tennessee.)  If you or your group is volunteering at a Firestone location, write "None".
