VOLUNTEER GROUP REQUEST FORM

Please complete this form if you are planning to bring a group of 5-10 to volunteer.  Please note that volunteers should be at least 13 years old.  Volunteers under 16 must be accompanied by adults at a 4:1 ratio.  Providing multiple dates/times will help us to more easily accommodate your request.  We've listed the best times for us, but are happy to discuss alternatives.

You will be contacted within 3 business days to confirm your request and shift registration.  Please be advised that your shift is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation.
