2022 Catalyst Director Application

Deadline to apply is February 13th at midnight. We are hoping to make a decision quickly after.

Recognizing the director recruitment is later than it usually is, the steering committee has been working on prep work to ensure we are not behind timeline. We're also working on recruitment for team members. The goal for this year is to have as many supports in place so this work is as accessible (and fun!!) as possible and NOT overwhelming.

Dates will be determined by the trainings team, which will include your input on dates available. This may look different due to COVID and can be made remote.

Being a director requires commitment to planning and recruitment throughout the entire Spring Semester and leading up to the program itself.  Are you willing to commit to 5-10 hours per week, on average, to the tasks and work of your team? *
We understand capacity fluctuates and things come up! We just want to ensure overall we match directors who will be able to generally have the capacity.
