UPC is a non-profit resource group for families of PV Schools. Membership is comprised of representatives from each of the PV Schools as well as other community members.

BEFORE you begin completing this form, it is helpful to have the following information available: contact information for your school's parent group President, Treasurer & Social Media Director as well as the School Council Representative(s) name and email address.

GENERAL/COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIPS: Please use this form to join or renew as an individual community member (non-voting).  Annual General Membership Dues are $25.
