Our pricing structure is the same for all events, this is merely for our records.
Location of event
Please indicate in which area your event will be held / type the address / copy & paste a link. Transport will be charged from our production facility in Waltloo, Pretoria to the event location and back at R6.60/km. Kindly note we will not be able to assist with functions outside of a 200km radius from our premises.
Number of guests catering for *
The minimum required is 30 (only some options apply).  For parties bigger than 200, more carts will be allocated automatically without an extra charge for the carts. Labour is charged at R375-460 per event (1 hour setup, 3 hours serving and for up to 120 guests; more guests and longer hours will result in a higher labour charge)
Option 1: Sorbet Popsicles
Ice Cream Cart: R22 / portion (minimum 50 portions)*
Ice Cream Bicycle: R25 / portion (minimum 100 portions)*

1 x popsicle per portion

Normally we arrive an hour before serving to setup. If this is fine with you you do not need to give a time as it will be allocated according to the time given below.

Terms & Conditions
Upon acceptance of the quote, a 70% deposit is required to confirm the booking after which the balance is payable one week before the event.
Should the event be cancelled or postponed due to personal reasons or weather, the booking is only redeemable within a month of the booking date and is subject to availability.
If the event is postponed due to new Covid restrictions that has been implemented, the booking is redeemable within 12 months of the booking date and is subject due to availability.
Unfortunately no events can be refunded.
